The blue line doesn't look good. Still a ways out but this one looks like it will impact the USA ....This could be a record huricane season for hits on Fla.

Oh, no! Not more of them.
We've been getting torrential rain here in Southeastern VA for about the past two hours as Charley makes his way through. The wind isn't too bad, but we're going to have some serious flooding. Parts of my backyard are already underwater.

Exactly what I was thinking. It'll roll up and take the same path as Charley.
Danielle's way out in the Atlantic, and probably won't impact us.

Anything that comes up the Yuctan channel deserves a heads up for Texas. Allen and Gilbert are two monsters that paid Texas a visit. Allen lost some steam before it the the coast and the main force of Gilbert hit Mexico.

I have already had 20+ inches of rain in the month of August here in the north Tampa-Bay, FL area.
I hope Earl goes elsewhere!
To: jpsb
Interesting. Usually by now we hear from all the weather gurus that, "this may be the worst hurricane season in ..." fill in the blank. I haven't heard any such warning this year, and look at where we are at just Letter C. Could be a scary season for those in the hurricane corridor.

He looks like he is taking a similar path to Charely.
Pray this doesn't happen.
