President Bush is not stupid. I'm sure he will be right on top of the situation in his brother's state with money and supplies etc. I feel this will help him not hinder him. IMHO

Real stuff is not important to the media. It is how Bush is perceived that is important. Bush needs to manage that perception so he comes across as not only caring, but doing.

If Bush doesn't manage how he is perceived on CHARLEY you can bet the media will. And it won't be pretty. I am sure you can think up a few Kerry attack ads to help out with the nations perception of Bush.

Regardless the real effects W has to manage the situation. Perception in the mind's eye of the media becomes the reality they broadcast to the nation.
