Is it just rolling up the coast line?
Hard to tell. It definitely just jogged north. These things are living organisms . . . no conscience, but sometimes they seem to have a survival instinct.
I'm listening to the audio from some TV station in Ft Myers and yes, they say it has slowed down and is working its way northward just off Captiva Island.
