John O"Neill: "My question is how many people do you know have invented a turning point, one that is seared in his memory?"

One comes to mind, though I thankfully don't "know" him; he recalls the razing of black churches by crazed bigots while he was growing up in Arkansas. Kerry is no different than the Clintons/algore, they make up whatever fits the situation and think we are all too stupid to figure it out. And apparently, they are right about almost 1/2 of us.

How did he run the gauntlet of ships--LCU and PBRs--blocking the border? If Kerry tries to pull this off, it shows that he is a sociopath. He is mentally ill. Will his crew testify to it? Will his superiors and the other boats since he didn't operate independently?. This will bring a ton of scrutiny if he tries to change it.

Ok. When you cross the International Date Line going west, December is actually January because they are ahead of us.

I always confuse January with Christmas.

Don't forget, Brinkley, to make it after the dreaded Nixon's inauguration since that was a key element of the Cambodian Fairy Tale.

Make sure to say that the very FIRST thing Tricky Dick did was to order illegal covert operations into Cambodia and LIE about it to the American People.

(Just don't be surprised when the Swift Vets can account for Kerry being amongst their number in Vietnam, not Cambodia, in January, too)

Oh, come on! You don't really ezpect him to say, "I lied, I'm sorry," do you?

That would destroy his credibility!

The Telegraph ^ | 13 August 2004 | David Rennie
The biographer of John Kerry, the Democratic presidential candidate, said yesterday there was no basis for one of the senator's favourite Vietnam War anecdotes - that he spent Christmas 1968 in Cambodia, a neutral nation which US leaders vowed was off limits for American forces. "On Christmas Eve he was near Cambodia; he was around 50 miles from the Cambodian border. There's no indictment of Kerry to be made, but he was mistaken about Christmas in Cambodia," said Douglas Brinkley, who has unique access to the candidate's wartime journals. But Mr Brinkley rejected accusations that the senator had never been...

There is some interesting info HERE

: Basically (a) Brinkley says 3-4 missions to Cambodia in January + February 1969 and (b) Brinkley is a suck-up for the so-lucky-it-fits-me-perfectly hat story.

"Oh what tangled webs we weave, when first we practice to deceive."

One great disadvantage to the liberals with their near total control of the media, is that they have ceased all investigative reporting. They also believe their own lies.

Hence they will forever be surprised by these charlatans like Kerry, Gore and the evil Clintons.

They have to change the story. How sad for them. Instead of admitting a lie, they seek to embellish it. The M.O for John F*ckin and today's Democrats.

Maybe Kerry got Three Kings Day (January) mixed up with Christmas. I remember when I moved to Puerto Rico when a kid and discovering a whole new holiday called Three Kings Day which was almost as big (maybe bigger) than Christmas down there. As a result my Christmas holiday from school lasted three weeks to include Christmas, New Years, AND Three Kings Day.

However, I think Kerry is digging himself DEEPER into the doo-doo since it is IMPOSSIBLE that he was in Cambodia in January 1969.

Kerry's memory needed jogging. It slipped his mind that Christmas is not in January.
