The Kushner family became involved in an intra-family feud leading to claims, lawsuits, etc. Kushner tried to hire a hooker to entrap his own brother. He then took the tape of the liason and mailed it to the brother's wife.

It was his brother-in-law, he mailed the tape to his own sister. It's a minor point, but I think it puts Kushner yet lower on the slime level.
