Make your order worthwhile. I ordered bumper stickers, buttons, a lapel pin, an "interstate W'04" license plate, a key chain, visor, and travel mug.
I agree (as a seasoned advertising & marketing professional) that this campaign is seriously lacking in exposure compared to the Dems.
So rather than griping about it, let's do our share to help solve the problem!
Spend your money where it will be most visible. Travel mugs sit at my desk (to annoy my Kerry co-workers) and go all over my work building with me (total employees 2,200+ ). Cashiers and customers in stores see my button on my purse and my key chain.
The bumper sticker goes on the back of my car and the license plate up front. 2 more bumper stickers went onto my sun shade which I pop in every time I park my car (why they don't offer a Bush sun shade, I don't know).
T-shirts were too pricey so I make my own transfers. One is a "PW4W" take-off on the official "YPF4" logo. (PW= Professional Woman & Prayer Warrior!)
I work our 3 x's a week at Curves and wear a pro-Bush tshirt every time.
Think about how you can get the most public exposure out of your Bush marketing materials and use them! The shipping is steep but if you put in a decent order it's worthwhile.
I ordered extra buttons & bumper stickers and keep them in the car, ready to give away if the opportunity arises.
BTW, I already had some nutjob ride my bumper and blare his horn at me, apparently in a fit of lefty rage over my bumper sticker, LOL!
Good! If someone defaces it or keys my car, so what! It's a small price to pay considering what's at stake. I'll just stick on my "a liberal vandalized me --->" sticker and keep on going!
sorry, YPF4 should read YP4W
Thanks for your reply. Good suggestions as far as maximum exposure. I'm going to look at GOP headquarters in neighboring (more populous) counties and see what they have. I will drive the extra mile to pick up free campaign materials, but there is something fundamentally wrong with having to pay for them (especially when many of us have already donated to the B-C '04 campaign). Thanks again.
