To: what's up

Kerry has always said that he committed attrocities. This isn't news.

That's what I was thinking. All they have to do to counter the Kerry Campaign outrage is to play his testimony before Congress.

What he didn't say is that he committed the atrocities specifically to get his purple hearts and leave.

He waffled on it on Meet the Press in 2003.

He tried to downplay his very strong admission from 1971 as "youthful bad choice of words" essentially.

Ask the average voter on the street if they've ever heard such a thing.

"Kerry has always said that he committed attrocities. This isn't news."

No? But before it was completely IGNORED by the liberal media; now, because Kerry and Edwards have THEMSELVES framed Viet Nam as basically his #1 credential for the Presidency, they have put the issue "in play";

And with Matt Drudge being 'all over it', and the devastating new ad by the Swift Boat Vets, the 'gig is up' for Kerry the self-admitted war criminal; look for the truth to now burst onto the 'mainstream' media radar;

Kerry is in the process of becoming radioactive, and it is all his own doing (he must have thought 'no one would DARE question my service' - WRONG!!) The Bush campaign is falling all over themselves saying they do not approve of such ads, and they don't question Kerry's service - staying well outside of the 'fallout zone'!!!;)

Do you think its too late for the 'Rats to put Dean on the ticket?

Since when does the military award Purple Hearts for committing atrocities?????

News to me, and probably to millions of men and women in uniform.
Kerry is a fraud. The lying layers are being peeled back by people who were there and in the middle, there isn't any "there" there. Run for public office, put your entire life of lies on the line.
Kerry is as bad a liar as Marc Hackley (sp) or Scott Peterson. His lies are just catching up with him. He put his head up and tried to pretend he was something he isn't. He asked for this information to come out. It is coming out loud and clear, from the men in the boats at the time.
Probably other medals were awarded in times of war without clear information about the circumstances. But all those other medal holders aren't trying to pretend they are presidential material, leader of the free world material, etc.

If I really have to explain that the point of this story is not just the atrocities...then it's not worth my time.

Wait a minute... Bush's drunkenness twenty years ago before he found Christ wasn't news, but the Dems splashed this all over the collaborating press 3 days before the election like it was a new thing.

This is news to those who haven't heard it, or to those who haven't thought about it from other than the perspective of the press. The truth is that Kerry the same character weakness that permitted Kerry to commit atrocities in those days is still working is his life.
