We agree on this - terrorists are responsible for terrorism, not whomever is in charge at the time it happens. If that were the case, then Bush is responsible for 9-11... and we ALL know he is not.
Failure to prevent something from happening is not the same as being responsible for it happening in the first place. As Bush said, we have to be PERFECT in stopping every single terrorist attack - they only have to be perfect ONCE. And our security forces never get credit for having stopped anything because we never hear about the ones that didn't happen. Someday I'd sure like to know about them all though. :-)
No, my post had little to nothing to do with terrorism. I took issue with you complaining about those of us who still refer to the corrupt, disbarred, pathologically lying, impeached rapist by the titles he's so richly earned.
