Having lived in large cities in PA, Pittsbutgh, Reading, Philadelphia. Iraq may indeed be preferable.

Wow. Aren't there any states nearby. There's gotta be something closer than Iraq.

But then, I'm not exactly Mr. Geography.

Oh, c'mon anny. Pittsburgh and Philly are okay. I always enjoyed visiting those cities.

But economically speaking, Pittsburgh faced the same thing Cleveland did. So it's not surprising.
