Why is Karl to blame for this??? Because Karl is believed to be behind the decision to ask Harris to wait till next Senate election.

Why is Karl to blame for this??? I didn't say he was to "blame" for anything. Rove pressured Harris to stay out for his chosen candidate--Martinez. I am not going to say this choice is doomed, although I would much prefer Ms Harris as Senator. We need more GOP women, and especially ones who are not RINOs.
