What are you talking about? I addressed all of his points, and that's all a rebuttal has to do. But to reiterate, all the electorial tampering is going on is either inside of his head, or on a scale that is so small as to laughable.

You don't address the fact that the onus on reporting such electoral tampering falls on those who observe it, thus they must determine and report to the proper authorities the identities of the offenders for any corrective action to be taken. It's not as clear cut or negligible an issue as you'd apparently like to believe.
