LOL!
Keep posting!
The VKs adore a challenge!
With all the due respect, Madam, what's wrong with female whatever (mind including) being different from the male one?
Notice that I don't say 'better' or 'worse'... just different. Isn't it just a neutral fact of life? Leaving aside that there is surely divine purpose for us to be different.
Now, are you EVER going to provide any source information for your post #67?..
President Bush has more than 50% of the female vote.
That's it in a nutshell.
Thanks for the quotation
The two johns aside, the end of civilisation we do get. I apologise for a lengthy citation, but Nicolas Berdyaev wrote this in the early A's of the last century:
"There is no such thing in the history of the mankind as a continual progress upward in a straight line, a progress in which the men of nineteenth century believed so firmly that they made a religion of it; societies and civilisations undergo organic processes which have their periods of youth, maturity, and senescence, of expansion and decay. We are not living today so much at beginning of a new world as at the end of an old one. Our age resembles that of the fall of the Roman empire [ ] If we may judge from numerous symptoms, we are approaching a new historical epoch, one which will resemble the first middle age, those still obscure seventh, eighth and ninth centuries that preceded the mediaeval renaissance."
And he was absolutely sure that the only redemption possible for our world was the religious, specifically Christian one.
In the early 30s that is... sorry for the typo.
Well, a small continuation from Beryaev's thought:
"Did not something like it awake in the newly Christian soul of St. Augustine when Rome was threaten by upheaval of the barbarians?"
Can we hope that those who made a Humanistic pseudo-religion of the "continual progress" (easy life, speaking in plain English), will awake to their responsibilities? Romans didn't.
He was correct about Christian redemption but ignorant of fact our nation's Founding Fathers, in our beloved FRaternal Republic's Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights had created Heaven here on Earth.
And ignorant that, in its North-Eastern corner, our Nation's fathers had laid the Cornerstone of a Christian nation ordained to become -- and to remain for as long as there are American Men of Good Character willing to defend its Tenets with our lives -- not only the greatest nation in the History of the Human Species and the first ever built upon the principle of individual liberty -- but the greatest living testimony to the veracity of Judeo-Christian Law and to the eternal nature of His love.
And -- as the awful eight years inposed upon us all by the cli'ton crime family [Which but compounded the awful treasonous institutionalized criminality imposed upon us and that we all endured through Kennedy, Johnson and Carter] showed all but the most stupid, mean-spirited, greedy, fundamentally-dishonest and/or psychopathic among us [IE the "DemocRATS" base] -- it could all be lost -- and take with it the very Human Civilization we have long vanguarded and must forever guard -- if, in November, the evil manifest in the so-called "Democratic" party is once again turned loose upon us.
This election is for our very species!
Blessings -- Brian
