My biggest fear is that Byrd will draw off enough votes from Martinez to put McCollum on the ballot. That would be a disaster. If someone doesn't get 50%, isn't there a runoff?
I know it was that way in 2000.

No runoff...... leader of the Primary voting is the winner no matter the percentage.
