This is confusing...I didn't see where it says he's speaking at THE ACTUAL CONVENTION. It says it's an event DURING the convention. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I think you're right. From what I read Moore wasnt even credentialed for the convention. Instead he'll be speaking to the NAACP or someother handjob group in a little sideshow event.
