Proof positive the commission report is favorable to President Bush? Richard Clarke is already out attacking it...which is proof positive of something else. He's a horses' ass.

"Clarke criticizes commission

"WASHINGTON A former counter-terrorism chief in the Clinton and Bush administrations is critical of the Nine-Eleven commission's findings.

Richard Clarke, who is now an A-B-C consultant, says the panel avoided controversy by omitting important factors. Clarke says the commission did not acknowledge that the United States is in a more dangerous position since the Iraq invasion, which he says fueled terrorism.

On "Good Morning America," Clarke raised questions he says were unanswered by commission members, whose report will be released today. He says those questions include whether President Bush paid any attention to terror threats during his early months in office. To reach a unanimous finding, Clarke says the panel avoided a number of issues, like the effect of the Iraq war on the battle against terrorism.

Clarke has been sharply critical of the Bush administration's anti-terror policies in the months before Nine-Eleven."
