Classified document storage rooms are uniquely unambiguous in their intent to preserve the security of the things stored there. You don't take things out of there "by mistake".

Not only wasn't a mistake but if I were going to replace a document the first thing I would want to do is take the original out of the storage room. Then I could put in the replacement document when the next time I returned.
