Yes, he was seen by staffers, and I believe the videotape everyone if referring to, is from the securtiy cameras!! BINGO, GOTCHA SANDY!!!! SMILE YOU'RE ON CANDID CAMERA!!
IIRC, the video cameras were put in AFTER this happened...and because of it. I agree, staffers saw him, but I don't believe there is any video of it.
