I was wondering the same thing. Does the National Archives have cameras in their viewing rooms. I would think they did. If so, Berger is in a boatload of trouble.

You can be pretty sure there is a video otherwise Burglar would have used the Clinton defense: Deny, Deny, Deny!!! His admission of guilt means that he was caught redhanded on videotape.
