Bush needs to send a squad of U.S. Army troops to the border immediately, while training more Border Patrol agents and working on a real border security plan in the long-term. He doesn't care or he already would have done it. There's NO excuse for him not to have slammed the borders shut after 9/11, but since he didn't do it, he's going to be blamed for the next attack. Even if Kerry gets elected (God forbid).
