Great idea, I wasn't able to attend any local Parties for the Pres. due to prior committments tonight. I like this picture because I believe it may have been when he threw out the first pitch at the World Series just after 9-11.
It meant SO MUCH to the people in the stadium, in New York and in the whole country that he went to the game, demonstrating that he wasn't afraid to be out in public even after those horrific attacks. I was just another example or many, how he almost single-handedly held this country together in the weeks after 9-11.
And he threw an awesome pitch which brought a huge cheer from the crowd!
I told you in an email during that time Mr. President, "We're right behind you Sir". We still are.
