My boss just flew back to Philly from OH last weekend. His flight was canceled and so he had to get a one-way ticket back on a different airline. Maybe it was the one-way ticket that triggered a very close check. They went through his wallet and wanted an explanation of his gun permit (which he did not have on him at the time). He patiently explained that some places in the US still acknowledges the 2nd amendment. It was quite a thorough search and he was still seething on Monday morning.

So with a $5 bill and an empty gun case, we can avoid long lines at the airport?

Remember the last time I did this was returning to germany, informed delta was traveling with firearms, listed on my orders.

Cleared the weapon and CS asked me if that was an awfully large bullet referring to the magazine, had to give an improvised class on firearms, and difference between magazines and rounds.

Sad state of affairs, all that time watching TV and not a thing absorbed.

The definition of a drinking problem...2 hands but only 1 mouth.

The definition of a firearms problem...3 guns but only 2 hands.

Kept waiting for the downside to the story. Guess there wasn't one. Always happy to hear good news for a change.

That sounds a lot more effective than my way: get at the back of the line and yell "I have a gun and I demand to go to front of the line!"

How do you like the P35? My wife saw one once, wanted it, but eventually decided she didn't. But it caught my eye.

"Moral of the story: The quickest way through an airport is to bring a gun!"

' ...and 5 bucks."

You, sir, have done this Freeper a great service!

My sincere thanks.

Hell, I just might fly again, before I die. ;)

My P32 is "the gun I carry when I can't carry a gun" gun. I keep it stoked with hot FMJ ammo (Fiocchi or S&B). I think that .32 caliber hollowpoints are worthless. Poor expansion/penetration and the possibility of rimlock.

It's been 100% reliable. Kel-Tec seems to have worked out any bugs. If you get one with a serial # greater than 100,000, it'll have all the mods/upgrades that Kel-Tec introduced. The lifetime warranty is also a big plus.

Any feed ramp work or other gunsmithing that would let it shoot JHPs?
