Their extreme-Left constituency...the fringe that pulls the strings of the modern Democrat Party.

Time to make them pay for their bold in-your-face arrogance where it counts; at the ballot box.

Not the voters of Massachusetts, they don't. Why should they have any hand in construing the Mass. Constitution?

As for judges - people in Mass. pick their judges their way. Too bad you don't like it, but you don't get to decide for them. As far as answering to the voters, I'm sure it works much the same way it works in the several other states and the Federal gov't - the elected official who appoints them gets to answer for them.
