The normalization of homosexuality is probably close to this boy.

Ron Reagan Jr., is an absolute disgraceful Troll!

He really is !

When I first saw this thread, I hadn't had my coffee yet. I saw Stem Cell

Kerry winning is not even close to a reality. I really think you're over-worried about this. Kerry's so far behind that he didn't get a bounce from his VP announcement. And despite whatever the polls say--46% for someone, 44% for someone else--it's way too early to believe that crap. Put it like this; Kerry not only didn't get the same bounce that every other major candidate gets after their VP announcement, but he actually lost ground.

Bush will win in November. 65-35 is my current prediction.

This was utterly predictable.

Young Ron Reagan (not a Jr.) has "Useful Idiot" written all over 'em. The Dems will use him and spit him out.

(I do believe that he will be filled with a world of regret one day. As he should.)

The Great Debate

by Dream Theater

[also known as "Conflict At Ground Zero"]
[music by Myung, Petrucci, Portnoy, Rudess]
[lyrics by John Petrucci]

What if someone said
Promise lies ahead
Hopes are high in certain scientific circles
Life won't have to end
You could walk again

What if someone said
Problems lie ahead
They've uncovered something highly controversial
The right to life is strong
Can't you see it's wrong

Human kind has reached a turning point
Poised for conflict at ground zero
Ready for a war
Do we look to our unearthly guide
Or to white coat heroes
Searching for a cure

Turn to the light
Don't be frightened of the shadows it creates
Turn to the light
Turning away would be a terrible mistake

Anarchistic moral vision
Industries of death
Facing violent opposition
Unmolested breathe

Ethic inquisitions breed
Antagonistic views
Right wing sound bite premonitions
In a labyrinth of rules

Are you justified
Are you justified
Are you justified
Justified in taking
Life to save life
Life to save life
Taking life to save life

This embryonic clay
Wrapped in fierce debate
Would be thrown away
Or otherwise discarded

Some of us believe
It may hold the key
To treatment of disease
And secrets highly guarded

Are you justified
Are you justified
Are you justified
Justified in taking
Life to save life
Life to save life
Life to save life

Human kind has reached a turning point
Poised for conflict at ground zero
Ready for a war
Do we look to our unearthly guide
Or to white coat heroes

Turn to the light
Don't be frightened of the shadows it creates
Turn to the light
Turning away would be a terrible mistake

We're reaching
But have we gone too far

Harvesting existence
Only to destroy
Carelessly together
We are sliding

Someone else's future
Four days frozen still
Someone else's fate
We are deciding

Miracle potential
Sanctity of life
Faced against each other
We're divided

Should we push the boundaries
Or should we condemn
Moral guilt and science
Have collided

Turn to the light
We defy our own mortality these days
Turn to the light
Pay attention to the questions we have raised

Says C. P: " Nancy has neither the character nor the intellect to support her party in this year of crisis. She doesn't want a Texas cowboy horning in on her husband's reputation in any way. While she won't support Kerry, don't expect her to lift a finger for W. She has screwed Republicans before, and cannot be expected to help them this time. Don't attack Nancy, just dismiss her as a tired old woman who has nothing to do with the Reagan legacy (beyond keeping his name out there in lights -- the softer the better). "

These unfortunate remarks are nonsensical; and they are absolutely asinine. Mrs. Reagan is a wonderful woman - who in every way continues to be first-class, as anyone who observed the funeral became immediately aware. She has always been a friend and supporter of Bush family members - and they of her.

"Nothing to do with the Reagan legacy..." Really! You'd better read the biographies of Reagan: Nancy was foremost the source of love, support, and, many times, protection. This continued right up to the President's death, a period extremely difficult for her, inexpressionably difficult to someone in that position.

No, we are not "dismissing" Mrs. Reagan. We are embracing her with our eternal love, and we thank the Lord for her.

I might disagree with Reagan religious beliefs but...

The point is President Reagan was extremely against abortion. He even wrote about his feelings about this issue. It would natural for him to be against harvesting stem cells from aborted fetuses. Abortion is abortion. I think he would refused to use stem cells from aborted fetuses even to cure his illiness. What RPR is doing is being disrespectful towards his father's strong beliefs.

The abortionist are trying to make abortion acceptable because RPR will talk emotionally about his father's fate at the DNC to keep abortion legal. It's all a ruse, I know you can get stem cells from other sources without using aborted fetuses.

Disagree with you. He, himself, said that he will speak on stem cell research. For what it's worth, he said that he is not a member of either party, registered independent.
