The "ATXN42000" was already printed on the bill before the jihadis photoshopped it. This was originally a bill with George W. Bush's picture on it. This website (I think it's slick.com) sells these along with Clinton dollars and Kerry dollars, among others. My DH ordered some of the Clinton $3 bills once so I thought that the picture looked familiar!
