Thanks for the kind words, I am glad people enjoyed it. I see a few mistakes I made, I hope they will be forgiven... it is tough to think/type/write html at 2am. ;)

I have a horrible habbit of ruining all my books by underlining as I go, but it comes in handy in the end. I think the book certainly highlights alot of the things we have covered in the many threads here. Like I said when I first posted some quotes, I almost wonder if the auther is a TM'er.

Do the same with my books. Saved me tons of time in my PhD program--didn't bother taking notes except when fitting of prof's stuff not in the book.

Don't know about the author. Glad they are on the same pages!
