I'm thinking about the DC snipers. I wonder if there are any goblins planning crap like this.
I'm surprised we have not seen more terror operations like the DC snipers. It was quite effective and they took out a good number of people before they got caught. I always thought it was a 'test run' but I may be wrong since we have not seen more of it. I guess only time will tell for sure.
