Confirmed, no storms in Tallahassee. So that was not the cause at least.
It appears that there was some kind of accident in Tallahassee. Don't know what kind though. Auto? Power company maintenance? Construction? Must have been a bad accident for such a large outage, or I guess it must have taken out some key power equipment.
We need to compile just the events which happened today- derailments/power outages/ etc.
