Most excellent.
Robert A. Heinlein said it best:
"Never underestimate the power of human stupidity."
He said that in the 1960s. He was correct then. He's even more correct today. Which, sadly, is why Kerry has a chance to win the Election.
It is part and parcel of an axiom of 'Pod's:
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large numbers (esp. if they go to see a Michael Moore movie).
Thinking of all stupid people I have seen in the last two weeks (Universal Studios in Orlando and Six Flags In Bowie, MD), I now have a splitting headache. Wyoming is sounding better ever day. Time to crack another beer.
I haven't a clue, after reading the article and your reply, about what you are talking about? Is it flinty eyed Yankee oppressors stealing the food from the aged and unwashed, or is it socialists not suppling the necessities to the aged and unwashed?
bump for later

Entertaining read.
I thought it was humorous...in fact, I thought it was intended to be humorous.
Why are my associates reading this, looking at me and nodding?

Bill, with your tongue firmly in cheek, reread & think about the first of the four categories below:
THE GOLDEN BASIC LAW
The Basic Law assumes, although it does not state it explicitly, that human beings fall into four basic categories:
the helpless,
the intelligent,
the bandit,
and the stupid.
