I definitely understand! I WILL say, however, that even though my musical horizons have expanded some, I'm right there with you on being a rock 'n roller (at heart)!
Of course, I don't listen to "oldies"; I listen to "music from my pain-free era" (you know you're getting old when you go dancing and the knees give out before the deoderant)!! - *BIG smile*

That sounds way better than "oldies". I can't even remember the last time I went dancing! I probably wouldn't be able to walk the next day!

I probably wouldn't be able to walk the next day!I have trouble walking ANY day - LOL! I use "dancing" VERY loosly; it's more like staggering, nowadays - ROTFL! Too much football as a youngster - no injuries, just wear and tear which has now translated to osteoarthritus.
The really silly thing is that even if I had known then how much it would hurt now, I still would have played. Ah, the glory days.....*S*

I'm retired and would like to thank the Gen X and Y workers who are contributing to my federal retirement benefits. Your continued hard work is much appreciated.

(You only "know" what you experience. Everything else is mere belief.)
Dark Side of the Moon is still an aural delight. It's
The Wall that was extremely overrated when it was released, and has not aged well. It was old, tired and lame within about 3 years of its release.
But then again, my favorite Yes album is Tales from Topographic Oceans, so take my opinions with a grain of salt.
