May God Welcome him Home and Comfort his family and friends.
Please pass the following on to his loved ones: We send you Isaiah 61:3.
Christ will...
comfort all who mourn,
and provide for those who grieve in Zion-
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes,
the oil of gladness
instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
a planting of the LORD
for the display of his splendor.
Rest in Peace.
Your Dad was, as we say in the Pine Tree State, "Finest Kind." We send you Isaiah 61:3.
Christ will...
comfort all who mourn,
and provide for those who grieve in Zion-
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes,
the oil of gladness
instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
a planting of the LORD
for the display of his splendor.
Sleep well Sultan88, we'll take that torch for you.
Rest In Peace Greg
Take Care,
Colleen
Prayers on the way.
Prayers away and condolences to the family.
Godspeed Greg on his final journey.
I am so, so very sorry to hear of your fathers passing.
He was a true gentleman, and one of the kindest people I ever had the pleasure of talking to across the miles - via the internet and FR!
He showed great kindness, and patience to an Irish girl, muddling her way through American politics.
He was a truly good, decent, and honourable man.
And I am so glad that he allowed me to share a little small part of his life.
My thoughts, and prayers are with you, and your family.
God Bless.
I am fairly new to this site, and I didn't know the
Sultan, but I can see he was truly respected and will be missed.
Prayers to his family and loved ones.
I am very sorry for your loss.
My prayers for his family's loss.
Prayers for the family.
I join with all the others here lifting up his loved ones to God for His blessings and peace!
I'm so sorry to hear of your father's passing, you and yours be in my prayers. May God bring comfort and peace to your family and friends.

56 is way too early to lose a man as good as the Sultan...MUD
God Bless his soul.
I'm sorry to hear that, Mudboy.
Rest in peace, Sultan88. :(
I haven't read the whole thread yet, but has anyone mentioned--can his screen name be put up on the memorial?
Prayers and love to his family.
