What about it? I'm dealing with an email scammer whose IP numbers tells me he is in Lagos, Nigeria but his website is registered to an address and phone number in Texas.
Could be that this guy registered Washington as his address so as to prevent any visits from the terrorists who dont like his views. Imagine is he registered his real address and phone number. Considering where he lives, thats not very smart.
Or, another possibility: Someone could be a fan and donated him that site.
