That is disgusting. I can't even contemplate a caption for that photograph.
On a brighter note, I visited a Barnes and Noble book store last night and noticed that someone had moved copies of "My Life" to the Sex section, right next to gems titled "Sensual Massage for Your Mate" and "Target: Orgasm."
