What happened to the new Iraqi flag?
That looks like the old flag, although the arabic in the middle between the stars may be different?
I had heard sometime ago that the Iraq flag was being redesigned. The first one's colors were too close to the flag of Israel.
Heck, I guess Betsy Ross didn't get it right the first time either!
