An Irish reporter threw courtesy aside and repeatedly interrupted President George W. Bush during a television interview at the White House.

"Let me finish. Let me finish. May I finish?" Bush said early in his interview with Radio and Television Ireland Thursday, according to a transcript released Friday.

SeeBS was playing this interview this morning and characterized the President as "being testy" with a reporter.

I saw about 30 seconds of the interview. The President was being quite polite. The reporter was being testy, at least, and utter rude, at most.

SeeBS (as well as the other lib media outlets) have simply sold their souls to try and oust the President. It's pathetic.

I'm 99% certain that the attitude that pervades RTE - back in the 70's and 80's the whole newsroom at RTE was an extension of "the Worker's Party" - a tiny now defunct Soviet supported "poitical" party - is one of total dislike (at minium) for President Bush. She reflected that. As a general rule though Irish politicians are not treated very politely by Irish interviewers, she was rude though, not letting him finish his answers, she betrays her opinions and her manners methinks.

Nothing new here.

Get ahold of the MP3 file and listen to it. Bush rocked on this interview. He was constantly having to ask to finish his answer and tell her to wait for her followup. His answers were clear and concise and he made sure that he got his point across in a respectful manner. He probably wanted to belt her on the behind with the old skull and crossbones paddle.

Typical Irish woman. Can't wait to get her opinion into an issue. Constantly not listening. Had made up her mind prior to the interview.
