as long as Moores movie is in theaters, I wont be I mean no disrespect but this will have very little impact. But do it anyway. If enough people wrote these letters it would help. What has more impact is for the owners and managers of those theatre's to feel public humiliation for showing that movie - just as if they were showing porn. I'm not sure how to do that

Do what you want to do in regards to boycotting your local theatre. That is your free speech right, just like it is Michael Moore's right to put out this movie, even if it is filled to the brim with outright lies. I support the First Amendment all the way.

Mark "The Great One" Levin is subbing for Hannity today. He says we should call it Farenheit 7/11. I think it's appropriate, don't you?

Michael Moore only helps us.
He seves as a shining example that exposes the left's arguments for the hypocritical, distasteful, idiotic drivel that they are.
He seves as a shining example that exposes the left for the hypocritical, distateful idiots that they are.
He brings scorn and ridicule to his cause and his allies. I hope he keeps up the good work.
Moore should not make you feel uneasy or angry. He should be embraced. He's out there unwittingly discrediting everything he stands for just by being himself, so we don't have to work quite as hard.
Use him to our benefit. Hold him up as the example he is. He lets everyone know the true identity and agenda of the left, so help him in that work.

Liberals dont have jobs, thats why they can always find time to show up and protest for the cameras. I hear a lot of them are looking for work as copy editors.

I find the RAT strategy interesting this time. They are cheering on Moore on the one hand, yet pushing the "civility" rhetoric on the other. All their speeches and commericals have the civility theme. They are just getting others to do their dirty work. What a bunch of snakes.

Don't boycott. Go to the theater. Walk out within 10 minutes and demand your money back.

Actually, I think you are playing right into the Moore-on's hands. The best thing we can do is just ignore Moore and his movie. Do you recall all the people attacking Mel Gibson's The Passion? All the hype just helped him and I, for one, was relishing in his success and gloating at how it had back-fired on the nay sayers. Don't give Moore-on that satisfaction. Let him put out his little lies, and just ignore him.

I wholeheartedly agree. We have to make our opinions known. They made an unwise business decision, now we have to demonstrate to them why.
I just spent the last hour finding out which theaters in my area are showing that POS and phoned them to voice my complaints about their decisions. Said I'll never see another movie at one of their theaters again (in fact, I made a list for all-time). Those I couldn't reach by phone I wrote to via the web. One theater's manager listened politely and noted my complaint. Another listened and suggested I write to their parent company (which I did). Another said he agreed with me (confidentially) and would pass along my complaint. He also indicated that he's received other complaints. I asked him why theirs was the only local theater of that chain showing it. He said they were told to show it because the film is considered "artsy" and they show artistic films there. I asked him "like Birth of a Nation is artsy?" Just laughter.
Got to hit them in their pocketbook. I won't ever step foot in one of their theaters again. Hey, it's just business...
