Yeah, it looks to me as though she's had a chin implant and the tip of her nose has been refined.

Why must they lie about EVERYTHING? She was an ugly child and was doomed to look like Eleanor Roosevelt with her chinless, fleshy, bulging face. Of course she had plastic surgery - it's the only way to create a new chin.
