June 21, 2004 -- CHELSEA Clinton's chic new look is turning heads. With her sleek, honey-blond coif and understated but deftly applied makeup, the former first daughter has undergone a dramatic transformation from bookish collegiate to soign‚e sophisticate - sparking rumors she had help from a plastic surgeon. Not so, counter a panel of insiders - who insist the 24-year-old's new urban-cool polish is the result of flattering makeup, soft golden highlights and a layered haircut that aspiring look-alikes have already christened "The Chelsea."

"I don't think she's had any surgery," says Dr. Z. Paul Lorenc, a Manhattan plastic surgeon. "The proportions of her face are the same ...

"She's an example of good aging, good skin care - she's just turning into a beautiful woman. She has strong cheekbones, beautiful eyes and an overwhelming smile."

Laughing off reports that Chelsea had a chin-lift and a nose job - or both - makeup artist Robin Narvaez, who has applied Chelsea's makeup for special occasions, including Bill Clinton's 50th birthday party, reveals the skinny on the tricks of the trade that sparked the scalpel-speculation.

A young woman I worked with got a chin implant in 1969. Yes, the procedure is that old. They go in from inside the mouth so there are no visible scars. She was terribly swollen for a number of weeks, but then was a much better looking girl.

Looks like you can cut out the genes of Web Hubble and insert the genes (uhh...look) of Bill & Hill. With the knife, the lasers, and the talent of many of the best plastics in the land. So we land....THE NEW CHELSEA! Isn't it a wonder of modern medicine? Well, I don't think that they will get Web Hubble to Bo Derek with a couple a billion of our money. It just isn't possible yet.

Besides, the girl has some growing to do. She keeps up this fascination with herself, as is in her genes (from mama and pappa), she'll be Micheal Jackson at 40 nose falling off and all.

I got the prettiest! She's seasoned, and pretty, she's lovely and gracious, she's spirited and sexy, she's also 55 and she doesn't look a day over 30, 5'2" and 112 lbs (In contrast, I'm 5'11" and 220, with a very large shoulder housing group). I just got lucky, I got a good looking vessel with a beautiful spirit inside. I wouldn't want a change in my "girl's" face or her body, cause I love her with all my heart, and I'm used to her. I got caught, with some other guys, on a cruise, looking a girl, about 25 with very large breasts and a very nice body and face. It's something guys do, even if they don't want to. My wife joked about it but it bothered her. That night, as we were getting ready for dinner she asked me, standing there naked, if I wanted her to have bigger breasts. We made love and we were late for dinner. The answer is no, I love her for what she is. Just perfectly for who, and what she is.

These plastic surgeons must be Clinton fans if they're denying that she's been worked on. It's obvious that she's had work done, if you look at before and after pics. Her nose is smaller, her chin is noticably shaped differently, she has prominent cheekbones now, and her eyes are not so beady.

Admittedly, the work is so expertly done that you wouldn't think it was plastic surgery if you didn't know who she was. But that doesn't mean she didn't go under the knife.

Why do most women think they need to fit in some Hollywood defined image of beauty? God gave me beautiful, thick, luxurious, naturally curly hair. Thank you God!
