June 21, 2004 -- CHELSEA Clinton's chic new look is turning heads. With her sleek, honey-blond coif and understated but deftly applied makeup, the former first daughter has undergone a dramatic transformation from bookish collegiate to soigne sophisticate - sparking rumors she had help from a plastic surgeon. Not so, counter a panel of insiders - who insist the 24-year-old's new urban-cool polish is the result of flattering makeup, soft golden highlights and a layered haircut that aspiring look-alikes have already christened "The Chelsea."
"I don't think she's had any surgery," says Dr. Z. Paul Lorenc, a Manhattan plastic surgeon. "The proportions of her face are the same ...
"She's an example of good aging, good skin care - she's just turning into a beautiful woman. She has strong cheekbones, beautiful eyes and an overwhelming smile."
Laughing off reports that Chelsea had a chin-lift and a nose job - or both - makeup artist Robin Narvaez, who has applied Chelsea's makeup for special occasions, including Bill Clinton's 50th birthday party, reveals the skinny on the tricks of the trade that sparked the scalpel-speculation.

Exactly, and I also think that the photo on the news rag was airbrushed a bit. Her chin and mouth don't look at all the same in the other recent photos, especially from the Reagan funeral. She looks a lot better, but not as good as in the frontpage photo. I never could understand why her mother didn't do something about her hair when she was in high school.
No, The Beast left Webb Hubbell behind, and pushed Beelzebubba from Little Rock to Washington...
Where does all this information come from?
The Dems have to love this! Chelsea comes along and sucks up whatever oxygen her alleged father left behind. What's Kerry to do now? He'll have to appear in public in drag just to get some press!
To the doctor who said Chelsea's had no plastic surgery, I say, look again. The chin/jaw line have been altered, and the nose is different. Must break Web Hubbell's heart...
I disagree...I'd have your 5 beers and pour down another 12-pak... hopefully I would then pass out just as I was getting amorous... LOL
And the new cosmetics line about to hit the market is?
Who is the girl in post #78? I don't believe it's Chelsea....
Warrior...you owe me a new keyboard...that picture of the peanut farmer's kid...She's been the progentor of nightmares since the 1970's...you know, that one where you're being chased by an ugly-a - - - d creature but can't get your legs to run..she was butt-ugly then and is no doubt probably still...lol. Lord only knows what she did to that poor cat!
Hey, don't sugar-coat it for us.....
Oh, too bad you missed it. It was the unveiling of the Clintons' portraits. Yes, Hillary is depicted wearing a black pantsuit.
President Bush was extremely gracious and presidential. This contrasted nicely when it was Clinton's turn to speak. He declared he felt like a pickle, told what was supposed to be a charming anecdote about a young boy telling him he thought all presidents were dead (Clinton chose to share this tale 3 days after Ronald Reagan was buried), and finally, told of how a cartoonist once portrayed him as the victim of a chainsaw massacre.
It was bizarre, to say the least.
Oh, and when President Bush made a mildly funny reference to Clinton spending 6 months working on the McGovern campaign, that is what sent Clinton into spasms of uncontrolled laughter and his face got purple/red.
Wasted time changing her face, she should have changed her name.
Does the US government continue to provide this young woman with Secret Service protection?
Oh, I really did miss out! Thanks for the blow by blow report.
What about that black prostitute's baby that Bill supposedly fathered, and the rumors about another pregnant woman that Hillary supposedly chased out of the state? Are those all untrue?
