This is a great site. It gives the accounts of people who were on the upper floors. They all spoke to there relatives by phone.

In the days following 9/11, USA Today did a fantastic job and listened to the phone messages and answering machine messages that those victims left their loved ones minutes before they died.
Reporters met with victim's families and recounted every word. It was gut wrenching.

I am amazed at the reactions I felt...Not at all what I expected. In 2001 and 2002, reading these used to fill me with despair-They were indeed heartbreaking.
Now, after reading these, I do not feel that way this time.
I am filled with murderous fury at the perpetrators, the god they pray to, and their enablers in the major media who gloat over every coalition death, and make a point of never mentioning 9-11.
Whew...some of them had very strong presence of mind...especially that fellow instructing his wife on his insurance policies.
I was shocked then mad. Read "It's Personal" on my profile page. I emailed it to several media outlets as we prepared to go to Afghanistan. I posted it later on FR after I joined up in Jan 03, under my first Poster Name Flurry.
It is how I still feel.
No matter how much I am called a racist, bigot, nazi whatever, I will never forgive the ISLAMIC barbarians that did this. I will ALWAYS distrust Islam.
I just got angry all over again. I think that is a good thing.
