Personally, I'd like to know more about exactly how the officers behaved before rejecting this argument. In my younger, dumber, single days, if a hot girl had given me the eye in a rest area, I could easily have been enticed into committing lewd acts that I otherwise had had no intention of. I would guess that entrapment could be a very fine line in a sex oriented sting, regardless of whether the stingee is gay or straight.
