Personally, I never bought this crap coming from De Beer's et. al., who claim that they can verify that they're not trading in "blood diamonds."

The verification systems in place for these type of things were all installed by easily bribed, extremely corrupt international bureaucrats.

Just because there's some diktat from the Secretary General of the UN does not mean that the particular issue in question has been resolved.

"Oil for fraud" anyone?

I never believed that either, but oh well. That Iman ad campaign in London looked pretty good!

Yeah, she's definitely not bad looking, considering her vintage.

However, you have to realize one thing.

She has consorted with LEZZ-BI-AHHNS!

Then again, she did marry David Bowie.

What exactly does that make her anyway?

They've reproduced themselves... and awwwww the little girl is so cute! Bowie is strange and unusual.

I haven't seen pictures of the girl, but considering how pretty her parents are, I wouldn't be surprised.

David Bowie is definitely odd enough to call for two descriptors.

I would like to add a third.

Bizzare!

Either produce the pictures or stop teasing. Some of us have no clue who you're talking about, and I thought Bowie was gay.

Neither do I, to be completely honest.

I think the word is bi-sexual.

That's just another way of saying that he's a gay dude who doesn't want to be known as "gay."

Record sales and all.

I guess this will be news because it's linked to Al Queda but it's not as if diamond smuggling and the like is new.
