Cannon is such a tool. I lived in Utah for three years, and had to put up with his inane statements on a daily basis. He was only ever challenged by loony Dems, which is why he's still around. If he had a credible challenge from someone in the GOP, he could be in serious trouble. The guy is a total idiot.

Why not? Presidente Bush and Senador McCain support letting criminal aliens live here legally. Oh, sure, only for three years, so it's "not an amnesty," but you know that many of them will have those anchor babies. Besides, if we won't deport 12 million illegals now, what makes anyone think we'll deport 36 million in three years?
