I think you've summed it up pretty well.
We've heard the expression "the lunatics are running the asylum", but seldom do we get to see an actual lunatic get this close. The fact that this man had the entire country taking sides on a matter which should not have been in the courts, when he should instead be receiving the strongest form of psychiatric treatment, is more than a shame--it is a travesty.
The above is my firmly-held opinion.
After listening to him rave in Hannity today, I agree that he is a lunatic. The problem is that many members of the federal judiciary share his delusions. Levin kept pointing out how the guy kept bringing in mypotheticals and ignoring the facts. But our courts are filled with judges who accept these hypotheticals as fact.
