My wife and sister in law are long time nurses. Over the years they have developed the ability to watch people in action to determine if the people are all there mentally.

They live 2000 miles apart, but after watching something on tv about a year ago, they had to talk to each other. One made a phone call to the other and their observations were that Kidman had lost it.
