I've got a question for any in this thread that may know the answer. My flag has been at half/staff since I first heard of the President's death. What did Dubya proclaim? Am I to keep it that way for 30 days?

I heard on the news to keep at half-staff through the end of the month.
Having them at half-mast on July 4 would be weird.
