John Kerry: Funeral Crashing Loser
www.crushkerry.com ^ | 6/9/04 | www.crushkerry.com

Posted on 06/09/2004 5:45:04 AM PDT by crushkerry

We’ve heard of gate-crashers, party crashers, but never Funeral Crashers (unless you count the hilarious scene in the movie ‘Clerks”). That was, until today. Senator John Kerry announced today that he will be attending President Reagan’s funeral. Our only question is “Was he invited?”

Sure, we know that many dignitaries and other Senators will attend, but how many announce it so publicly, and make a point of stopping by the memorial for 20 minutes (doing what for 20 minutes?) with a photographer?

Not only that, but the blatantly hypocritical Catholic (In Name Only) made sure the cameras caught him closing his eyes, making the sign of the cross, bowing his head in reverence and mumbling a prayer. We wonder if that “prayer” mirrored the bile he is allowing to be spewed on his campaign website?

Are we saying Kerry’s being insincere in his actions for the benefit of the cameras and to keep himself in the spotlight? Well, only he knows for certain. But given his pathetic need to be loved and be the center of attention our money is on him being a press whore.

In fact, the major reason Kerry gives for allegedly liking President Reagan and President George H.W. Bush is that they met with him more than does the current President Bush Can you imagine someone so shallow as to base their like or dislike of another person on the numbers of times they see them? Cry me a freaking river. And does he really think we are dumb enough to believe he would stop criticizing President Bush if he were invited over for tea?

But, to Kerry‘s credit he is not throwing a temper tantrum because he is not invited to speak, unlike the no class former President Bill Clinton. Congratulations Senator - you have a little more class than Der Slickmeister. Quite an accomplishment there.

Getting back to his attendance at the Reagan funeral, Kerry knows that by attending he is ensuring the press will be cutting to show him in attendance while listening to President Bush‘s eulogy (which we guarantee will not be self-serving like Senator Kerry‘s “appearance“ today).

We think, however, that whenever they cut to him appearing to be somber, they should do a "split screen". While showing hsi picture on one side of the screen, they could run text in the other half of the screen so that the viewer reads all the negative, hateful, and untrue comments Kerry made about President Reagan while he was alive. Doing so would surely belie his claims of how much he liked President Reagan while he was alive.

We know the Reagan’s are far too classy to think of something like what we propose below, but we are at crushkerry.com are not bounded by such niceties. We think that anyone should be allowed to attend the funeral with one caveat.

Any politician, current or former world leader, or other notable person who attends must be screened.

Roped off in one corner would be Senators Kerry and Kennedy, Presidents Carter and Clinton, damn near the entire Democratic Senate and House Caucus, Mikhail Gorbachev, and the rest of the losers, communists, and socialists who thought that Reagan was a nothing but a war mongering buffoon that hated the poor.

However, in the other section of honor would be Margaret Thatcher, Lech Walesa, George W. Bush and others with similar characteristics and goals shared by President Reagan. All of the people in this section would be those who played or are playing a part in achieving what will be the ultimate legacy of Ronald Reagan - freedom of all people from tyranny.

Imagine the stark contrast that such a divide would easily create for the viewer. On one side those whose ideas and ideology have ended up, in President Reagan’s words, “on the ash heap of history”. On the other would be those who have devoted their lives to freeing enslaved people, and fought to save civilization against anarchy and tyranny.

And we all know what side of that line John Kerry would be on.

Why is Kerry going to the funeral?

Are the other 99 Senators going to be in attendence?

There is absolutely no reason for Kerry to be there except for the political aspects of it. NONE.

Why isn't someone calling him out on this? Why isn't the media asking these questions?

I am beginning to really despise this opportunitic son of a b!tch.

That crap that is spewed on his website is disgusting. Why aren't questions asked of him about this? Who's afraid of Jfn' Kerry?

"Indecent Exposure"

John Kerry political cartoon.

June 9, 2004...

Kerry photo-ops Reagan casket

Presumptive Democrat presidential nominee John Kerry showed up at the Reagan Library on Tuesday afternoon to view the deceased former president’s casket, setting off a firestorm of reaction.

·        At issue: The need for a Kerry visit to the Reagan Library in California. As reported by Rush Limbaugh, a Kerry spokesperson had already announced Kerry would attend the State Funeral for Reagan on Friday in Washington, D.C.

·        At issue: The photographer accompanying Kerry into the Reagan Library. Clear guidelines (handed out to everyone prior to entering the library to view Reagan’s casket) state: “Absolutely no photography will be allowed inside the Library.” A photographer entered slightly ahead of Kerry and took pictures of Kerry while he was there. These pictures were posted as ‘Associated Press’ photos on YahooNews news 30 minutes after Kerry’s visit. [see photo below]

·        At issue: The timing of the Kerry visit to the Reagan Library in California. Dignitaries could view the casket at the Reagan Library in California before the general public or after the general public; or in Washington, D.C. during the time set aside for the other government big wigs to attend. California Governor and Mrs. Schwarzenegger were in attendance during regular public viewing hours at the personal request of Mrs. Reagan – who did not take Kerry’s personal phone call to her, and did not issue an invitation to Kerry.

I saw on TV while flipping channels, on Entertainment Tonight, Barbara Walters showed her funeral invitation on The View. Apparently you have to be invited, and I highly double if Kerry was extended an invitation.

And they called the speech on the USS Lincoln nothing more than a photo op?

This slimeball has no business being at the viewing in California or at the funeral in DC.

Can someone please explain it to me? Why is he at these places?

Our only question is “Was he invited?”

You mean somebody was supposed to send out invitations?

Come on guys, this is a reach.

I mean, turning it into a photo-op was pretty tacky, but he's getting as much flack for showing up as if he'd blown it off.

I give him 1 point for having enough respect to show up, and deduct 1 point for turning it into a photo-op.

CBSnews live feed (RealPlayer format)

http://cgi.cbs.com/video/video.pl?url=/broadcast/*/livenews.rm&plugin=1&proto=rtsp

Live feed again. Showing changing of the guards now. It appears that the public viewing has ended. I think reports yesterday said transporting to Washington, DC, would begin around 8:00 a.m. PDT.

Just when you think Democrats can't stoop any lower, they turn around and pull another one of their vulger tricks..the Democrats are using a double-edged sword on this funeral. If the Rats don't get their time in the sun on the backs of the Reagan family, they'll cry "foul." If the Rats get their time in the sun, they'll use it as political fodder during their political campaigns...does any Freeper out there honestly think these Rats are considering Nancy's feelings?.....We hardly think so.

Per Brit Hume's report yesterday, Nancy Pelosi is also whining because she was not invited to speak at the memorial service today in Washington. After all, per Pelosi, she is a Californian, too.

He had and has NO respect for Reagan. It's all photo-op, no substance whatsoever.

He wouldn't have gotten any flak for not showing up. That would have been NORMAL. Everyone's acting like he's already the President.

I would believe that every single current senator is invited on Friday and every congresscritter as well as every Supreme Court Justice.

If Kerry was sincere he would have went announced and been accorded as such the prividedge to not wait in line. However he announced it and had a photographer with him wither his own or press is irrelevant. The fact the the MONEY shot needed to be taken is the issue.

You failed to mention that J F'ing Kerry AGAIN has proven to the masses, he is a SUPERIOR human being! When other dignitaries passed President Reagan's coffin they did so in the same fashion as ALL the other folks, they walked in a line...OUTSIDE of the rope to pay their last respects.

HOW come that "media whore" (obviously taking lessons from Sheila "where is the camera" Jackson-Lee) had to stand INSIDE the rope with the military?

I am amazed that wasn't mentioned in your article...

Thanks again for all you do, I enjoy the emails!
