Now isn't that picture special. It ought to be enlarged and put on posters for every JF'nK rally by patriotic FReepers. Once a communist, always a communist...especially if you are from MA. One of the Reagan-haters on CNN Sunday night, of course was wallowing in the Iran-Contra scandal and said the funds were given to the "so-called freedom fighters." DUH...they WERE freedom fighters against Ortega's communist thugs. I do hope they give Nicaragua a prominent spot at the funeral of the great president who helped them become free...but there are so many of those countries that that would take up an entire section of the cathedral. Now THAT'S a legacy!

Proud to have been proven dreadfully wrong by history ... bad enuff to completely lack judgment when these things were happening but being unable or unwilling to re-evaluate in the light of events is hardly evidence of "nuance".
