The bill having been read twice and placed on the general calendar can now be brought up for a vote AT ANY TIME! At best we will have about 24 hours notice before the bill comes up for a vote or is offered as an amendment to something else. When the idjits say "Reagan dindn't care about black people," they are, in a sense right; he cared about all people. He devised economic policies that didn't favor or punish anyone and made it easier for middle class families to keep more of their money and for business, and thus employment, to grow.
