It's gotta be something. He's been tripping over the tele-prompter since last night.
"...sometimes when we reach for the stars we fall short..."
This country is greater for the fact that President Reagan did NOT fall short in reaching for the stars where this country is concerned.
I hear the echoes of Reagan and his optimism for our country in President Bush.
And the same "malaise" attitude from his rival. That we heard from Carter.
IMHO we are facing another one of those critical points in our country that Reagan faced in 1981. I pray that we make the right choice again as we did 23 years ago.
Let's hope that President Bush draws some strength and insight from the words of Pres. Reagan.
