Al Gore will try to boost his partys chances of regaining the White House by criticizing President Bushs Iraq policy in a speech today, in which he will call for the resignation of five Bush administration officials and one military leader. The event, sponsored by the political action committee of the liberal group MoveOn.org, seeks to motivate the Democratic base. (Amy Fagan, Democrats Unleash Gore On Bush, The Washington Times, 5/26/04)

MOVEON.ORG WEBSITE FEATURED ADS COMPARING BUSH TO HITLER
Two Ads Comparing President Bush To Adolf Hitler Appeared On MoveOn.org Voter Fund Website. One ad begins with Adolf Hitler making speeches, until a picture of President Bush appears. Another also uses Nazi and Bush images, with the tag line: What were war crimes in 1945 is foreign policy in 2003. The videos appeared on the Web site of MoveOn.orgs Voter Fund as part of a nationwide contest for an anti-Bush television ad on which the liberal group plans to spend a considerable sum. (Howard Kurtz, Anti-Bush Ad Contest Includes Hitler Images, The Washington Post, 1/6/04)
NAZI ANALOGIES NOT UNCOMMON FOR MOVEON.ORG CROWD
Top MoveOn.org Supporter George Soros Compared Bush Administration To Nazis. Soros believes that a supremacist ideology guides this White House. He hears echoes in its rhetoric of his childhood in occupied Hungary. When I hear Bush say, Youre either with us or against us, it reminds me of the Germans. It conjures up memories, he said, of Nazi slogans on the walls, Der Feind Hort mit (The enemy is listening). My experiences under Nazi and Soviet rule have sensitized me, he said in a soft Hungarian accent. (Laura Blumenfeld, Soross Deep Pockets Vs. Bush, The Washington Post, 11/11/03)
MOVEON.ORG MEGA-DONOR GEORGE SOROS
CALLED 9/11 ATTACKS SPECTACULAR
Soros: 9/11 Terrorist Attacks Could Not Have Been More Spectacular. Hijacking fully fueled airliners and using them as suicide bombs was an audacious idea, and its execution could not have been more spectacular. (George Soros, The Bubble Of American Supremacy, The Atlantic Monthly, 12/1/03)
NEW AD ON MOVEON.ORG WEBSITE MAKES OUTRAGEOUS CLAIMS
New Ad Featured On MoveOn.org Website Accuses President Bush Of Using Funds From Foreign Governments To Finance The Killing Of Innocent Civilians And Of Having Established Links With Known Terrorist Organizations.(MoveOn.orgs Bush In 30 Seconds Website, http://www.bushin30seconds.com/150/view.html?ad_id=2194, Accessed 5/26/04)
